Once a purchase is made there is no returns or refunds. Products are sold as is, the only exception to the rule is if you buy a product and it incidentally becomes damaged during shipments. Or the individual receiving the gift, got damaged or missed shipment. Then an exchange and refund will be given.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We may exchange under limited circumstances. ‘If an item is damaged resulting in quality or craftsmanship, customers can email their concern within 14 days of receiving the items for exchange; we care about the quality of our original aboriginal designs.’  Items mailed back must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. FioreBeadedDesigns.com reserves the right to refuse any items purchased where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. All sales are final, and no refund will be issued. We don’t offer any Refunds.

Gifts

First and foremost items must be marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you. After that’s done you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Eventually; once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

More importantly; if the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later. Then we will refund the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
