At Fiore Beaded Designs we encourage you to create an account with us and get connected. Our website features lots of creativity and truth, in hopes that people of legal representation listens to our concerns and stands up for those who have been accused. I have noticed there has been prejudice against minorities and feudalism in the workplace regarding hazzing and harrassment. It’s a quite common concern but moralistically against the law.
This is another way to communicate and have no fear. It’s freedom of speach; we are individuals who need to band together when wittnessing actions taken place that are false. Some people work really hard in their profession or prospective field only to quit or loose their job out of fear and violence. These people are so intimidated they are shuttered in fear for their livliehood.
Here at Fiore Beaded Designs we want you to keep your dignity. Your perfectly human, and loved by God. He see’s the truth, when life is hurting you from the inside remember you are royalty in his eyes.
Never believe that God wants you to give up. Giving up defeats your purpose in life, people want that. ‘What does God call you to be?’ Think about it, pray about it, act on it. God is waiting on us to take a stand for our younger generation and the next after them.
Jewelry and Creative Oppertunities
“Are you a novice at beading, but your down on your luck in compeition.” There used to be a lot of bead shops here in the nothwest, and people would host classes, but that has been eliminated due to Covid. It’s a struggleing economy and we’re all looking for ways to work. Might, I suggest that you email fiorebeadeddesigns@zohomail.com and ask to share your skills online to be sold in our shop. Sending a photo and detailed discription on what you used for your meadium and how long it took and the exact dollar amount you want the item to be listed for. Will give you what your unique peice is worth at the price you set up to sell. Keep in mind your incharge of the shipping price. I don’t take off percentages on anybody elses product. Unless I ask them and they’re okay with it. Once a customer buys your inital product you get the proceeds, it’s our way of helping the intervtered people who have a hard time at selling their beautifully beaded work. Not everyone’s work is accepted based on quality and if looks like nothing is secure. There are no refunds on all products and your earnings are for keeps. ‘Think about it?’

For the Affilliate Program members will recive 30% commission made on each sale using a special code. You will be paid monthly through our third-party affiliate dashboard. The dashboard keeps track of all sales and commissions. We offer special prizes to those who make the most earnings for the website and are positivley connected and active. The more your on the site the more it, helps all of us to learn and grow.

Why does encouragement matter to us?
Encouragement comes in various forms, but you’ll know what it is when you read it and hear it. The words we say to another person gives us confidence to conqure the impossible. Encouragement should matter because your building hope into a broken person. People are broken by the negative conflict in the circumstanses of life, to get them powerful again we need to say positive life changing words. Everyone has a story and everyone matters in the eyes of God.
…here’s something to think about.
The Ninth Amendment was part of the Bill of Rights that was added to the Consitution on December 15th 1791. It says that all the rights not listed in the Constitution belong to the people, not the government.
